Government Approved Molestaion and Porn? It is a mind game not Security!

I NEVER thought I would see this in America!
Our President and his minions have legalized child molestation and child pornography. (Not to mention the adult porn and molestation they've also approved.) And they think they're securing America?  GIMME A BREAK, they're perverts not protectors.
 
On December 15th, 1791 the Bill of Rights was ratified and became effective. We, as AMERICANS have lived and enjoyed these rights for 219 years (less exactly one month).
 
The IV (4th) Amendment CLEARLY states that  "THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE to be secure in their PERSONS, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things seized."
 
THIS IS A CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUE ,  NOT one to be determined by Obama, DHS, or TSA.
 
Has this corrupt administration SWORN AN OATH or AFFIRMED that EACH AND EVERY  United States citizen is a criminal ? 
 
Has our CONSTITUTION been amended to remove this right behind our backs?
 
Have AMERICANS, as a whole, given them the excuse of "probable cause"?
 
THE ANSWER IS NO!!   TO ALL OF THE ABOVE! 
 
Since September 11, 2001 WE THE PEOPLE have been ABUSED by our government. Starting with the Patriot Act and continuing to this day.
 Lets examine some FACTS...
 
Flight 93, on Sept. 11th,  2001, Al Qaeda members tried to fly this plane into destinations unknown but, if it was following the first 3 planes it would be where most lives would be lost and probably in Washington DC.
 
THE PASSENGERS fought back and prevented Al-Qaeda from doing that.
Passengers NOT Government prevented this tragedy, by giving up their own lives to save God knows how many more.
 
Next came the Shoe Bomber, (info. from wikipedia)
 
 Richard Colvin Reid (born August 12, 1973) commonly known as the shoe bomber, is a self-admitted member of al-Qaeda who pled guilty in 2002 in U.S. federal court to eight criminal counts of terrorism stemming from his attempt to destroy a commercial aircraft in-flight by detonating explosives hidden in his shoes. He is currently serving a life sentence without parole in a super maximum security prison in the United States. His crime led to the new requirement of American airline passengers having to remove their shoes for inspection before boarding a flight or entering an airline terminal. (He acted on Dec. 22, 2001 on American Airlines flight  #63)

 PASSENGERS thwarted this attempt by AL-Qaeda to blow up the flight. NOT GOVERNMENT!
 
The Christmas day Underwear Bomber came next, (info also from wiki)

He was subsequently charged on six criminal counts, including attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction and attempted murder of 289 people. He is in U.S. custody, awaiting further legal proceedings.
The Government had warnings about him  prior to his getting on the flight yet they did NOT add him to the no fly list and he got on to the plane he tried to blow up.
 
In addition, the body scanners would not even have stopped underwear bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab from boarding Flight 253 on Christmas Day.
 
 
PASSENGERS STOPPED HIM NOT GOVERNMENT!!
 
Most recently are the UPS planes and the ink cartridge bombs from Yemen. And THEY were found OVERSEAS NOT IN THE USA and not by TSA screening procedures.
 
From looking at the FACTS,   First it was  MUSLIM radicals from Al-Qeada and Yemen NOT AMERICANS also, not once did TSA or Government prevent any of these horrible acts from occuring.. they actually HELPED terrorists (in the case of the Christmas day bomber).
 
It was the vigilence and awareness by Americans and their bravery in taking a risk of themselves to save others. Americans did what government didn't, and we're supposed to give up our God given Constitutional Rights?
I don't think so.

Obama,DHS and TSA  THINKS they can bypass our Constitution and see  adults and children naked or grope our privates areas without a sworn oath or affirmation and warrant.
 
As PARENTS, we've told our children never let anyone touch where your bathing suit goes especially in such an invasive manor. Yet, Government expects us to tell or kids except this stranger at the airport?  NOT LIKELY....
 
 Just think that if  this "safety procedure" was done by someone other than OUR GOVERNMENT  employees, that person would be JAILED as a child molestor and become a registered sex offender.
 
Remember the words of Benjamin Franklin ;

 Mental games of this sort have been played by all government that eventually become totalitarian..Think Stalin, Nazi Germany, China Communist Party, Che, et al. They degrade the populus into mindless drones who accept whatever happens to them all in the name of the greater good...Well, That greater good has historically lead to the deaths of the populus.
Are WE THE PEOPLE AMERICANS who fight this degradation and defend others from it or do we become sheep lead to the slaughter like others who did nothing?

Unions, Gromper,Debs and Obama

OK..Here's some REAL history...Including of the AF of L founded in 1869 by Samuel Gompers who had a grasp on human nature and American workers, he OPPOSED SOCIALISM he encouraged "intellegent use of the ballot box" and did NOT become involved in politics. and by 1901 had a half million members.

Then came the Pullman Strike of 1894 and Pres.Cleveland sent in troops and the Govt. got an injunction. One of the strikes leaders Eugene Debs (later to become a 5 time failed runner for US PRESIDENT on the SOCIALIST PARTY TICKET) took over and that's when the unions became not something for the workers but a socialist group working to dismantle free-enterprise. That's the REAL legacy of Eugene Debs Anarchy and Socialism.
Debs in 1893 became president of the American Railway Union, the first industrial union in the United States. The ARU made its mark in 1894 with a successful strike when not a wheel moved on the railway for 18 days, until the company finally granted the demands. On May 11th, 1894 the Pullman strike in Chicago began, on July 23rd Debs and the leaders of the ARU were jailed for defying a federal injunction to return to work. In May 1895 Debs and the leaders of the ARU found themselves in jail, While in detention, Debs read widely and was deeply impressed by the writings of Karl Marx. His sentence was finished in November of that year. He emerged from prison convinced that the plight of the worker was most accurately viewed as a class struggle.
June 16,1918 he delivered a famous antiwar speech in Ohio. THEN, He protested against World War I, that was raging in Europe. He was arrested and convicted in federal court in Ohio, under the wartime espionage law.
Debs was sentenced to serve 10 years in prison and disenfranchised for life.(i.e. losing his citizenship). While Debs was serving his sentence in Atlanta, Georgia, . Debs ran his 1920 presidential campaign from behind bars. President Warren Harding pardoned Debs in 1921

However a known fact is: While serving his time in Woodstock Prison he read and embraced the works of Karl Marx. When he left prison in 1895 Debs became an active political socialist and believed that capitalism should be replaced by a new cooperative system.
I'm doing nothing more than show it's roots and how Unions lost their way from the good beginnings of Samuel Gromper to the radical philosophy of looneytunes under Debs. All I have done was state documented FACTS to let whomever reads it.. make of it what they will.

The Obama administration has approved a drastic new rule that will make it much easier for labor unions to organize workers in the airline and railroad industries.

The National Mediation Board has decided to change the old rule--in place for 76 years--that required a majority of the entire workforce to favor unionizing. Those who did not cast a vote were automatically counted as "no" votes.

Under the new Obama administration rule, unions will only be required to secure a majority of those people who cast a vote. AP reports:

The move is a major victory for unions that have struggled to reverse years of membership declines. The most immediate impact of the change would be at Delta Air Lines, where unions want to organize about 20,000 flight attendants.

Airlines opposing the change say it will lead to more labor disputes that disrupt commerce.

Bitter or Right ? We're Right! I'm STILL CLINGING

In a speech given by the current Elected POTUS, said small town Americans are bitter and clinging to their guns and religion because of economics, apathy, and fear of people not like them...What a Crock of  crapola!

We The People of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ,cling to our guns to protect our families and our freedom!

Guns are Liberty's teeth. They are the tools to protect us from tyranny in Government, assault from people out to harm us, either foreign, or domestic.
The founding fathers and everyone with an ounce of sense knows this.

HOWEVER:

When government, tyrants, terrorists, and criminals, threaten our fundamental right to life and limb they do it in an obscure, methodical method... like what's happening now and even though SCOTUS tossed us a bone with Heller don't become complacent.

The appointment of Eric Holder, HR 45, and whatever else they throw at us,  is a glimpse of what's yet to come as the current SCOTUS members get set to retire or due to health step down. Eric Holder is known as ANTI-GUN, as well as  for FREEING (helping to)  FLA TERRORISTS, and pushing pardons for Criminals in Billy Boy Clinton's exit from the oval office.

When the historic case against Miller went before SCOTUS back in 1939.  It was won only because the bootlegger and his attorney didn't show up to fight it. THAT WAS THE BEGINNING TO THE END!

When the bonus marchers went to Washington in the middle of the depression to ask for their government to give them their military service bonus' early (at a reduced amount). They were met by McArthur, Patton, and, Eisenhower in tanks and on horseback with sabers and pistols drawn. They were burned out of their shanty town and some of the brave, hungry, vets died. 
Is this going to be repeated by Government  in these trying times?

Despite the Elected POTUS's  lip service that he "respects" the 2nd Amendment .. He and Eric Holder, and the UN. will work to destroy our Constitutional rights,  along with the leftist Congress, may as well have, brought back Janet Reno or Sarah Brady to head the assault on our freedom. BUT, THEY'RE WEASELS!
Instead they'll use thing like the UN's CRC or another "treaty" to sneek it in. The Obamanation in the Oval office, by a signed executive order, already gave the foreign entity "Interpol" the right to search Americans without warrants,store information, and not be held accountable under our laws or the freedom of information act.

DO I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION YET?

In this Country, we have a proud heritage of FREEDOM, some  received it sooner than others but, by the passage of the 13th, 14th and 19th Amendments to our rule of law (the Constitution) every LEGAL American citizen is equal, and afforded the same rights.

The economic downturn has frightened many normally good and patriotic  citizens into non thinkers who will shortly regret their choice to support the Elected Socialist's feel good mantra about going to the center, spreading the wealth, and hope and change, he is the most far left threat to hit our American freedom since King George the III.

In reality:
We're going to be seeing more bank robberies, home invasions,hold ups, and stick-ups at the local late night grocery and 7-11 stores as people have less and less to keep because it's been spread around and they can't afford to feed their kids..
And...

We're going to be slowly and methodically  be disarmed, regulated and taxed, so severely restricted that we'll have no defense. No ways to feed our families, friends and neighbors.

All because AMERICANS lost sight of history and don't believe it can happen here....

I have decided to, and, respectfully ask All Americans, who want to resurrect this great land to start flying the Culpeper Flag of Patrick Henry!

The Culpeper Flag was the standard of a group of militia men from Culpeper County, Virginia. They were attached to the First Virginia Regiment, led by Colonel Patrick Henry, who is perhaps most famous for his statement, "Give me liberty or give me death!" The flag features the familiar rattlesnake symbol, the warning, "Don't Tread On Me", and the inspiring words of their leader, Colonel Patrick Henry
